Heres some additional Gnomes that are really fun to whittle. The tallest is about 3 inches including the hat.

Banjo picker Gnome.
Musical Gnome. The above Gnomes were for the most part, requested as gifts. Gifts for a specific person. By looking at the finished Gnome, you can guess what was intended.
None of these Gnomes is that difficult, and all were quite fun.
