NO, No, No; not that kind of model! An item that will serve as a model for your whittling. I guess I could still be misunderstood. Oh well, thats alright. When ever Im in a gift shop I peruse the small figurines, in search of a suitable subject. I like to whittle /carve small so I especially look for small items. These items may be plastic or ceramic.
Heres an example of a recent find, sitting on a penny. This little frog will be my model. Ill attempt to whittle one just like him----or her. The real issue here is that you can find really nice models just about anywhere, if you keep your eyes open.
